Confession: The 3 Of Us Had Consensual Sex - 16 Year Old

The parents of a 16-year-old junior high school student have been shocked after they heard their daughter made an open confession to the police, of how she allowed two senior high School students to have sexual intercourse.
Three second cycle students of the Institute of Professional Studies at Akyem Kukurantumi in Ghana’s eastern region were arrested by the Kukurantumi police for allegedly gang-raping the 16- year-old junior high school student.
According to Ghana’s Daily Heritage newspaper, the teenager’s testimony made baseless her parents allegation of being gang raped by the seniors.
The parents of the presumed unnamed victim, reported to the police that the three suspects had gang-raped the victim after holding her hostage for days.
Police investigations led to the arrest of the suspects who were trapped by the victim to spend the night with her again.
The suspects whose names have been withheld, were kept in police custody pending outcome of further investigations and possibly an onward prosecution.
However, during interrogation by the Criminal Investigations Department in the presence of the family of the victims, the victim explained that, one of the suspects was her boyfriend so after evening studies, she decided to pass the night in his room which he shares with his friends.
The victim admitted consciously having sexual intercourse twice with the boyfriend and once with his boyfriend’s friend in the absence of the boyfriend since she fell in love with him (the friend to her boyfriend).
The victim, however, denied having sexual intercourse with the third suspect during police interrogation.
DSP Agyenim Boateng, the Akyem Tafo district police commander, told pressmen that, the victim even though admitted having sexual intercourse with the two suspects, was not forced, hence, rendering the “ingredient of rape negligible to substantiate because it clearly appears to be a sexual intercourse which was consented to by the parties involved, therefore, it would be unreasonable to continuously detain the suspects.”
The police, thus, granted the suspects police enquiry bail with surety, while the docket was prepared to the Attorney General’s office for advice.
In another development, A 36-year-old mother has been accused of allowing two teenagers to drink and do drugs in a bid to have threesome sex with them. Caroline Lea, a mother of three sons, allegedly slept with several youngsters and hadregular sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy.
