Tragic! How Corps member Died During Church Service

A 29-year-old National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) member, identified as Excellent Akevwighome has slumped and died while leading a choir ministration in his church.
Akevwighome, a graduate of accountancy from Anwai campus of Delta State University, died during a vigil at Christ Gospel Church, in Edjeketa community, Ethiope West local government area of Delta state, where he was said to be a choir master, Vanguard reports.
According to an eye witness, he was thought to be under the influence of the Holy Spirit when he fell, but after waiting for about 20 minutes and he did not to get up, some of the choristers tried to help him up only to find out that he was already dead.
Pastor Peter Akpovwera, the pastor of the church, expressed shock at the incident, saying: “The brother was a faithful worshiper but lost his life to the cold hands of death even in the church.”
The younger brother of the deceased, Godday Akevwighome said, the victim was serving in Anambra state at the time of his death, and has been buried the following day.
The family is alleging that she was killed but the 24-year-old’s boyfriend, Abolade Adetunji and his family, are claiming that she was electrocuted.

                      A couple of months ago, eight armed men raided, Supper Cell Estate, an upscale residential estate located in Apo area of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Abuja, unleashing terror on its residents, killing two persons, including a pregnant woman.
